Core responsibilities for this position, include but are not limited to:

  • Face to face and phone interaction with clients
  • Educating plan participants regarding their company retirement benefits
  • Working with the advisory team to fulfill client services tasks
  • Working directly with Third Party Administrators and Record Keepers
  • Data entry and form completion
  • Meeting prep and report generation
  • Assisting with firm projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Delightful personality with a warm demeanor
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a strength in public speaking
  • The ability to manage involved projects
  • Technologically proficient including Microsoft Suite
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in financial services
  • Series 65 license and/or matriculating toward the Certified Financial Planner Designation
  • Bachelor’s degree

The applicant should expect to work full-time. Salary will depend on experience and education and may range between $60k and $75k/annually. Applicants should be prepared to undergo background, drug and credit screenings at the appropriate time.

Salary:

$60,000 – $75,000 per year

  • Creating, implementing, and monitoring financial plans
  • Working with the advisory team to fulfill client services tasks
  • Developing and presenting investment and financial planning proposals
  • Project management and strategizing operational improvements within your team
  • Data entry and form completion
  • Meeting prep and report generation
  • Assisting with firm projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a strength in public speaking
  • The ability to manage involved projects
  • Technologically proficient including Microsoft Suite
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in financial services
  • Certified Financial Planner™ Designation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

The applicant should expect to work full-time. Base salary will depend on experience and education and may range between $60k and $75k/annually. Salary is negotiable for a more established advisor with an existing client base. Investment advisors are eligible for additional incentive compensation which will be further outlined during the interview process. Applicants should be prepared to undergo background, drug and credit screenings at the appropriate time.
